Billing :
I e-mail each student a bill at the end of the month, which includes the numbers of lessons for this billing period. Payment is due within 8 days of receiving the bill.
International payments can be made through Wise for cheaper transfer fees. Payments should be made in Euros. The amount in your currency may fluctuate.
Cancelation policy :
Lessons canceled by the student after 18h30 CET/12:30PM EST the day before are due, unless we can find a time for a makeup lesson during the same billing period, depending on my availability.
(For example, if your lesson is scheduled any time on Friday , I ask that you notify me before 18h30 CET/12:30PM EST on Thursday).
